I support families with newborns (3–12 weeks), babies and toddlers (up to 4 years). Each stage of development brings its own unique sleep challenges, and my guidance is always thoughtfully tailored to your child’s age, needs and temperament.
-
My approach is supportive, responsive and evidence-based. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, I work closely with you to create a personalised sleep plan that feels comfortable for your family and supports your child in developing healthy, sustainable sleep habits. Whether this is a very gentle slower paced method or you require a more structured method - this is driven by you and your family.
-
No two families are the same, and I always respect your parenting values. I do not use “cry it out”. My approach focuses on supportive, responsive strategies that help your child learn to sleep while still feeling safe and supported. We will always choose an approach that you feel comfortable implementing.
-
Your parenting style is always at the centre of the support I provide. My approach is flexible and tailored to what feels right for you. We move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for both you and your little love.
-
Please know there is absolutely no judgement here. Many sleep habits develop simply from doing what works in the moment to get through. Please be kind to yourself!
I will gently meet you where you are and work towards more sustainable, supportive sleep patterns together.
-
You’re not alone in feeling this way. Many families come to me feeling exhausted and unsure after trying multiple approaches. With personalised guidance and ongoing support, we can find a way forward that works for your child and feels right for your family.
-
Absolutely. I support all feeding methods, whether that's breastfeeding, bottle feeding or formula feeding. Your baby’s age, nutritional needs and your preferences are always considered when creating your sleep plan. Your support is tailored to YOU and your needs!
-
I can absolutely support room-sharing. Your baby can continue sleeping in your room, in their own safe sleep space (such as a bassinet or cot), while we work on improving sleep.
Safe sleep is always a priority in my approach, and any guidance provided will align with safe sleep recommendations. Transitions to their own room are always a personal decision and can be supported when the time feels right for your family.
-
I support a wide range of sleep challenges, including but not limited to:
• Frequent night waking
• Bedtime struggles
• Short naps
• Early morning waking
• Nap transitions
• Sleep regressions
• Feeding challenges related to sleep
• Establishing healthy newborn sleep foundations -
It’s very normal to wonder what’s typical and what might need support. If bedtime feels like a struggle, night wakings are frequent, naps are short, or you’re feeling exhausted and unsure what to try next, it may simply mean your little love needs some gentle guidance with sleep.
Often small changes to routines, sleep timing, or sleep associations can make a big difference.

Every baby is different, however many families begin to notice positive changes within a few days to a week. Consistency, patience and trusting the process are key during our time together to achieve sustained, positive change. This is why you receive ongoing guidance throughout your journey.
-
That’s completely normal when making changes to your baby’s sleep. You’ll be supported every step of the way, and we will always move at a pace that feels manageable for you. You’re never expected to navigate this alone.
-
Life with your little love can be unpredictable - and that’s okay. If your baby becomes unwell, plans change, or things don’t go as expected, we can pause, adjust and work through it together. Flexibility and support are always part of the journey.
-
I’m here to support you for as long as you need. Additional support options, such as extra calls or extended messaging, are available if you would like continued guidance.
-
I’m based in Christchurch, New Zealand, and work with families both locally and virtually across New Zealand, Australia and internationally.

Sleep deprivation can feel incredibly overwhelming. Having personalised, supportive guidance brings clarity, reassurance and a clear path forward - so you’re not trying to figure it all out on your own.

There is so much information available online regarding baby sleep, and it can quickly become overwhelming and conflicting. Working together means you’ll receive tailored, evidence-based guidance for your little love along with support and reassurance every step of the way. Instead of guessing or trying multiple approaches, you’ll have a clear plan and supportive guidance to help your whole family get the rest they need and deserve.
