“Before Jaymee helped us with my son's sleep we were really struggling. He had been a great sleeper as a newborn due to being so sleepy from jaundice that when he got over that we had no idea how to help him sleep. We were pacing in dark rooms and dreading nap time. Jaymee started by helping us learn new techniques to help with my son's nap time and it was a game-changer. I appreciated how non-judgmental and supportive she was.
Her approach was simple and easy for us to implement. It was still a big adjustment as my son got use to the new techniques but Jaymee supported us through the rough moments, provided new age appropriate advice as he got older and was a listening ear to any of my worries about nap time.
